She is an expert in ERISA, state regulations, the Affordable Care Act, and the entire array of laws applicable to welfare benefit plans.
Ms. Griffith operates within Contribution Health as a law consultant thus offering an attractive and quality alternative to traditional counsel. In addition to our broad background in actuarial and compliance topics for both fully insured and self funded structures, we are experts in designing and managing multi-employer purchasing pools.
